Before you begin
At Laboragunea we keep enrollment simple. Just follow three steps to enroll your child:
- Speak with a counselor about your child's educational goals.
- Complete this enrollment application.
- Submit the required documents listed below.
Required documents for all new students
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Health Certificate
- Student Photo
- Transcript / Report Card
- IEP / 504 Plan
If these documents are not submitted within 10 days of enrollment, the student's account is placed on hold until all applicable documents are received.
NOTE: If you have sole custody of your student, you must provide court/legal documentation for our records.
